In 2019, we started from scratch and transformed from a management company dedicated to home renovation and maintenance to a construction company that is extremely competitive in the local market. We have extensive experience, diversity, and expertise in the construction field. Today our business scope covers land development, roofing, new home construction, landscaping, and more. Our company currently has 35 employees, including roofers, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters as the main components. This allows us to better manage and coordinate the work of various departments. Therefore, in the projects we have undertaken in the past and the projects currently underway All can be delivered to customers with high quality and quantity and win unanimous praise from customers. In the past few years, we have undertaken the development and construction of many new homes. Including the subdivision and development of original land, our main construction projects are distributed in various areas of Wellington, including Island Bay, Petone, Aotea, Johnsonville, etc. Our team has been involved in the concentrated construction of townhouses to 400 square meters of luxury homes. Therefore, we have rich experience in new home construction. And our company has also carried out some investment projects, such as No. 44 Philips St. From investment to development and construction, our company has completed it all. And unlike many other construction companies, we are a local company, so our personnel are directly hired locally so that we can better control time and costs to achieve delivery work with guaranteed quality and quantity.

In terms of house maintenance, we have completed the replacement of many old roofs and the laying of new houses. Our company has 4 teams of roofers. Last year we completed about 90 sets of roofs. The work involved communication with customers and the procurement of raw materials. Booking, scaffolding erection, construction site safety, and sometimes weather issues need to be considered, but we overcame all odds to get our job completed within schedule.

During this time we also completed a lot of work building fences. The total length of our fence construction in the past two years has reached 15,000 meters. This is an amazing achievement that requires close coordination and cooperation from many parties, and a lot of the fence work involves clearing fence lines (including tree felling and weeding) and the construction of retaining walls. But it is precisely because we have a good management team and hard-working employees that the work can be delivered to the customers on time. We have also completed a lot of indoor and outdoor house maintenance work for Housing NZ, which involves various types of work, including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, carpet workers, and a series of subsequent cleaning tasks. We have completed hundreds of home renovations in the past and delivered them to our clients on time with excellent quality. It is because of everyone's joint efforts that during the past two years, we have been awarded the Golden Hammer Award of the Year from Downer in recognition of BYDH and our entire team's exceptional dedication and effort in going above and beyond to complete the job.
